but as you pointed out, some not as much - especially that date is incomprehensible in this execution.... Their case and movements are totally lovely and impressive! Cheers, Filip

What a nice piece

For me I like the unconventional framing of the date window, something different, but agree with you on the blue dial, so beautiful. Can’t wait to see which piece you’re getting!

But I certainly understand the mixed review. I am biased, though, and have ordered one already. At first I couldn’t understand the unusual date window, but I’ve come to believe it may be intended to evoke the hood vent on a sports car. I don’t know for ce...  

along with directing light to the date display, are the reasons for the configuration of the date window according to Laurent. Balance and legibility are hallmarks of the brand.

Second of all I feel like everyone is trying to just on the ship of bracelet watches and they don’t care to be innovative, to me this bracelet looks very very cheap like these old watches with the space in between, I am not the biggest fan of bracelets bu...

And I know this has been discussed ad nauseam, but when I hear - I don't like date windows, or I don't like bracelets ... For me it is like someone saying I don't like white wine. It is your taste, but kind of means that you don't have much to say about L... 

I apologize if it sounded like I was disagreeing with what you wrote, not the case at all. Unfortunately not everyone is as thoughtful as you are and in the past few days, now that everyone is an expert, I overdosed a bit on strong opinions on dates, size... 

I do not like bracelets either. I am a watch wearer and i never wore bracelets and finger rings. Call me the boring administrator. A date is not a problem, but without a date is not a problem either. I can imagine a dial is better balanced when the date h... 

The shape of the case is original... and I like it... to a certain extent. This 70's style watch reminds me of some JLC (Tv screen & club)... I don't like at all the bevelled central link on 4 sides of the strap... It is not a watch for me even if I find ...

And I look forward to hearing which new LF you have selected for yourself. In memory serves, you have expressed prior enthusiasm for the Classic Origin white dial, so I am guessing that’s the one.
