It is but it's also a huge frustration. I got an email in Nov 22 telling me I'd got to the top of the list & if I wanted to secure the watch I needed to pay an advance deposit of $500. I'd get an email in the new year where they'd take my order for delivery in June. I hadn't heard from them by March & when I contacted them to say what's going on? They told me that it was new year 2024 that they were going to contact me. I had misread the date. A deposit 18 months in advance for a watch is taking the p1ss. I could be dead by then sad
Their watches are beautiful but they are a victim of their own success, they cannot meet demand & their communication with customers is shocking.

I really hope that they can up their production as currently they can only produce 30 dials a month. Scotland doesn't have much of a watch making tradition so there's a huge skills shortage to cope with. Getting skilled workers that can hand paint their d...
