A beautiful watch, congrats.
Somewhat coincidentally I just came across a watch with a very similar design on initial pass but at a vastly different level of horological interest, finish and price point.
Honestly not being familiar with either watch I had to check when I saw your post that they weren’t the same. Of course now, having seen both twice, I can see they are wildly different. That said, I’m a little shocked at the general feeling of similarities in the dial side.

wheels, plates and bridges. Does he work alone or does he employ decorators to help him? This watch is superb. Also, has he shared any plans for his next watch, if it is possible to share please?

He did share some of his plans, at least 3 novelties in the pipeline, some of them having completely new complications.
