a very recent picture of Gronefeld Principia....
the 1941 Case of Principia is identical to the Gronefeld remontoire timepiece, it measures 39,5mm diameter.
with a beautiful automatic movement the timepiece is 10,5mm thick, so quite wearable and presence is felt albeit steel case.
Tiffany Blue dial...more youthful and flamboyant IMHO...
On the opposite spectrum, Turquoise dial is serene, bit sober without seeking attention (of course the Python strap is another story)...
I think Principia is practical, simple time-only powered with automatic with 56 hours of PR, so not much hassle of winding.
Great daily wearer ! I prefer Turquoise dial while the Tiffany blue is very good too.

I had the same thought until I saw the Tiffany blue in metal

Dial color is just a matter of preference. One is more mature while the other is a bit more modern imo .

Between these two I would pick the Tiffany Blue. If you had added the Salmon one as a choice, that would be my absolute favorite.
