...not 'the usual.' Might take a bit of time to get used to the melting dial and hands. Two huge thumbs up for the shaped movement...very classy.

I agree about the straps
If a conventional strap is used, as suggested, then the gaps at the top certainly will be irregular. Will that “fit in” with the wacky look of the case? That remains to be seen …

When I saw this I had the same question about the crystal. Honestly, I thought it would make sense to ask for an extra or two! And regarding the straps, it is my understanding that it takes normal straps.

Apparently the Crash was designed by Rupert Emmerson which I did not know.
The fitted movement is awesome!
The face though sends a lot of Cartier vibe. I'll look forward to seeing a finished one here.....?

Then again, about the same price as the Pebble and I find this far more interesting - and, at a minimum, more horologically interesting.
Pebble was certainly interesting when it was originally conceived.
This is arguably a more intriguing evolution in the realm of unusual case shape design; more so when we take into consideration the movement.
I don't like the hands
Look like running away. Not necessary, see Cartier Crash. And the position of "Swiss".

having a shaped timepiece with a round movement would have been an easier choice... but taking the effort to do a ground up movement consistent to the design philosophy of the timepiece - Hats-off ! Best, mahesh.,

this new watch and design. As for me, well, it is not my cup of tea. Much too organic looking for me and to be honest I don’t “get it.” It looks as though a watch was designed on a piece of bubble gum which was then stretched and pulled in different direc...
One of the best new brands and watches in a really long time.
This watch and launch of the brand has been widely recognised and covered. I am enjoying all the different dial options they are working on and look forward to their next design
