I use a burr grinder and a Chemex for pour over, or sometimes an Aeropress. For a drip maker, I have a Breville. I recommend any or all of them!

I prefer the micro-rotor, since I am a bit lazy and I love the look of that caliber so much. But this- and the new green dial version are very attractive pieces, that one actually needs to see in the flesh to appreciate the beauty. GEO
