Exactly a discussion I had with my AD
I was thinking about Indie's work when the HM5 was launched (after the Amida watch from the 80's) and thought, as it looked like the GP "casquette"electonic watch too, that brands like MB&F or Urwerk could easily integrate in their collection an electonic or quartz watch.
Keeping the futuristic style touch of course, keeping the finishing standard, but adding a different "heart" to the watch. And at a lower price of course.
I'm sure it could appeal to a different kind of customers (or even sometime the same as the one who buy mechanical watches).
I just hope it will remain in a clearly seperate zone from mechanical watchmaking.
Thanks for the post Magnus.
Cheers, Mark

Absolutely fascinating
