Congratulations to this aficionado. He has an enviable collection of beautiful timepieces. Many of the watches pictured, if not all of them, are grail watches (and deservedly so) for lots of folks. I think the real revelation in this article is the monopusher Lang & Heyne. That watch is gorgeous, and what a movement! Is that a diamond being used as a cap jewel (I've attached a photo from your article below)? Amazingly lovely movement.
I'm a big fan of independent watchmaking, and looking at the pieces collected by this gentleman, I am assured of that fact yet again. Thanks so much for a great read, and for all the amazing photos in this thread.
