if it is better to have these adjustment screws like that or on the balance wheel? Just curious...
This screw is not better, just made it easier to fine adjust the movement
The screws at the balance wheel can let the movement be more exact and accurate.
That might require a tiny right-angle screwdriver
I also like the "I won't fly away" spring on the balance jewel
