After reviewing this post, I reached out to Beat, at ochs und junior, about commissioning a custom built sturgeon leather strap for my Sarpaneva. He is a delight to interact with and is willing to do the blued titanium hardware for the strap buckle. He even states the process is not an exact science, an excerpt from an email exchange: "...If you like to have it heat blue – we have to do this in different steps by hand and the result will be artistically and not 100% even..." Very cool!

ochs und junior offers really great possibilities to create bespoke watches, far beyond the configurator with its already many choices
When I had my Dual Time - Moonphase created a couple of years ago, I worked only with colours respectively paint. Your choice of colouring by taking advantage of material properties and possible treatments is much more sofisticated. Gratulations! Björn ...
