I don't, although I do not really know anything more than you do: I have seen the same concerns that you allude to, and my bias is to not leave it running all the time. I do let it run every so often for 24 hours just to keep the lubricants moving. On the other hand, I remember seeing some owners post that they do leave it running, and I suppose that if Embassy say that it is OK...then I suppose that likely it is.

MIH watch owners: do you keep the second hand running?
Just got mine (good timing for the anniversary!). I emailed Embassy with that question and they said yes but I know there are some concerns about having a Valjoux 7750 movement run continuosly this way, so I wondered what others are doing. Thanks! Andreas

Paul Gerber has indicated that it's designed to have the second hand running, so that's good enough for me! Cheers, Daniel
