I’ve had this watch since 1992 and it hasn’t lost any of its charm over the years. The dial has a very fascinating texture and shine that is difficult to describe. It is easily the thinnest watch I’ve ever owned, and I’m so glad it has no date. Regards H....

...I'm guessing the movement is round?

Always reminds me of a grandfather clock. Not sure about the movement shape, but I’d make that bet. H.

Late in the evolution, dials became a little less elegant. Elongated numerals stretched out ala frank muller, more modern less classical. Loved the papillon, nearly pulled the trigger on that one though. But yes, the earlier the more breguet ish in style ... 

I have been in love with the DR brand and there designs from the beginning . Don’t know why it took me ao long to add some in my collection but I finally purchased two great DRs . Timeless beauties imho ...
