I was just going about my own usual posts reporting what my condition is after seeing several misaligned issues before my delivery.
Never expected Ming would respond on my post in such an unprofessional way plus shipping excuses and caused this whole meltdown. He should've not commented or just owned the issue outright in his comments. This would not have happened. This post did make me have sleepless nights...hope they learned from this and move on.

I have heard of a number of reliability issues with their watches. What I feel is not quite right is that the customer is expected to pay for the freight back to MIng while the watch is still under warranty.

That is a much needed improvement in customer service
but which should have been thought of about since the inception of the brand since the reputation of poor customer service tends to stick with a brand longer than most things. I hope you get your watch repaired soon and to your satisfaction.

The hour and minute hand aren't quite aligned
So, at 6:00, the hour hand isn't quite pointing at 6. This was pointed out on IG and Ming Thien didn't handle the customer service experience as well as could be hoped.

Heās happy taking your money, but highly resistant to fix his problems
Seems like a recipe for certain failure unless he gets someone to run the business that has some actual business acumen. Hope this affects his business negatively, probably the only way he will change his mindset and ways
