I have heard of a number of reliability issues with their watches. What I feel is not quite right is that the customer is expected to pay for the freight back to MIng while the watch is still under warranty.

It's odd Ming expected 17.09 owners to pay return freight because its T&Cs explicitly says Ming will pick up the tab for warranty repairs(!)

So, at 6:00, the hour hand isn't quite pointing at 6. This was pointed out on IG and Ming Thien didn't handle the customer service experience as well as could be hoped.
