Just tell me when your in the city. Will you be wearing your Millennium watch?

 

Not many opportunities to ever see one of those in real life. Roger has indicated that my watch could be ready as soon as may, but if not, I will come to London in July to collect it. I once shipped a Halter Goldpfeil piece that kept perfect time and it didn't keep perfect time after shipping. Additionally, I know some people at Swatch, and they said not every breguet is timed so well after shipping and QC in NJ goes over each watch. Also if it was lost after all this time of waiting, I would be inconsolable. Sooooo off to London this spring or summer. Maybe we can have some watch dinner and Roger might attend. I did notice one thing about Rogers RG S2. The polish seemed to have a very deep luster almost like it was a lacquer finish. It was a very nice color, can't wait to see it with the RG chapter ring and engraving.

Jay Meeting you and Roger would be great. Roger actually mentioned a possible date in London to meet other enthusiats when I met him. I will, of course, have to wear the Daniels as you will, hopefully, be wearing your Smith and it would be embaressing to ... 

That doesn't look like a Series 2 movement.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but the movement he shows in the mock-ups is markedly different from the movement as I understand it to look. Points of note include that both the direction in with the wheel train moves and the power reserve gear train are absent fr...
