Long-awaited delivery from Garrick, Norwich, England
Just received my bespoke S2 deadbeat seconds. Shoutout to David, he’s a pleasure to work with, and deep thanks and respect to Stuart, etc who used the rose-engine machine to carve this gorgeous dial and otherwise made the watch. Didn’t want an hour ring because the guilloche is the star and I wanted a greater view of it.
Won’t go into all the specs and my excitement about true in-house craftsmanship….this keeps very accurate time, the deadbeat seconds is a fresh view vs the sweep on all others, and one stunning watch on my wrist. Hard to think that I had the patience to wait quite a long time…well worth it. I’ll add photos later with blue-lizard and python straps.
