I'm possibly in the market for a Moritz Grossmann piece but wanted to do research first. So...: Calling all owners, past and present! Wondering what your experiences with MG have been like and if you've ever dealt with service/warranty/etc. Please share y... 

When I received it, there was a piece of dust in the movement that I noticed. I sent the watch back to have it removed. They took care of everything under the warranty, and I've had no issues since. So overall a very positive experience with their service...
