Not an owner but still perhaps somewhat relevant...

...to the character of the brand. I was on a trip in Germany back in 2022, and emailed several of the great Glashutte manufacturers asking for a tour. I had no expectations of recieving a 'yes' from anyone. MG were the only ones to invite me. They showed me through every bit of the facility, and had several trays full of watches to try on at the end. All this for free, for a then college student who didn't have the means to purchase even their most basic product. Of course this isn't as good as owner's testimony, but I have to imagine any company who takes the pains to maintain that open, friendly, and generous character will also believe in high quality customer support. If I ever have the kind of money required to responsibly own a Bennu 37mm, I will certainly be making that purchase.

When I received it, there was a piece of dust in the movement that I noticed. I sent the watch back to have it removed. They took care of everything under the warranty, and I've had no issues since. So overall a very positive experience with their service...
