My favorite really 'ugly' watch (that I love)
These watches are so friggin weird and 'ugly'... and I know they are supposed to be as weird as humanly possible--and I know you can't design something like this expecting most people to love it... and I really don't like most watches of this sort (there are many out there these days, in this school, if you will....) but all I can say is, I love these watches! They are so weird, hyper-modern, freaky--but there's something about them that you can imagine really wearing and appreciating as you would any great classical watch... totally cool, fine, and very brave.

Urwerk will have longevity
I think Urwerk will have longevity in terms of visual appeal, not something that can be said about all avant-garde independents. At least there is a semblance of form follows function, but for some others it's the inverse. - SJX
