Thanks doubleup! The Flash Date is exciting, it jumps withn 1-2 mins
after crossing the midnight mark directly to the correct date with no transition (ie dumps directly to 1 on Mar from 28 on Feb skipping 29/30/31...). Something nice.
My 3940's needle moves a few steps in such transitions beginning 20 mins ahead of midnight and 10 mins into the new month.

I no longer own PC myself, so I am not qualified to comment I thought the dial was too busy for an old man. But Moser dial is so simple. But, then again, the dial is too big for my wrist.... Anyway, both are wonderful piece and I like both! Wonderful phot...

the more I look at the Moser the more I admire it. I think it can hold it's own against the lovely Patek as it has a novel and understated look and a mechanism that looks very user-friendly to set against the 3940s classic beauty. Best Andreas
