and those charges should be fought. AD's typically negotiate good rates with their shipping companies, including reasonable insurance charges. I would ask to see the invoice for the shipping of your watch and make them justify the charge.

They might be including "handling"....
Depending if they are making any money on the service charges, there is an opportunity for them to make a little margin by adding a little something into the shipping charge. If you have an AD handle the shipping to and fro, I don't think it is unreasonab...
