This would not be my first choice, but as you rightfully mentioned, it has a poetical display which is nice to look at although a bit hard to read IMHO.
Just to summarize the fucntions and readings:
- Disc with the human Hand=Hours
- Long hand=Minutes
- Subdial @11 on your last picture: seconds ?
- subdial with orange segment : Power reserve indicator ?
- orange & blue subdial : Thermometer ???
- small arrow pointing @24=date

I had the pleasure of trying this one and I have to admit Ressence makes special watches but the white dial is a level above: it looks like some sort of technical paper. Amazing stuff. Better than the black ones for sure IMO
