Yamamoto meter.
Hi, Sebastian.
That's a mA meter on the front of one of my tube amplifiers. It was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw your post, both being hand made in Japan.
I checked Jiro's blog and found some info on the watches, and a couple of videos on youtube. Looks like first model is in production, with the second one looks like he had some kind of problems with accuracy of the retrograde hands and he gave up. But maybe I'm wrong, google translator was all I had.
