I do not own a iwc myself, but the the boutique in Zurich are extremly nice and was even events although i said i will stick to my collection and not thinking to add an iwc at moment. I like the brand and the people.

One of my best friends was called a liar 🤥 and I find that unacceptable. We have the right to say when something is wrong in this being treated like that.
Sure, fine. But be reasonable in your comparison otherwise it is you that ends up looking the part of the fool.
Nothing, I mean NOTHING that IWC can do to you or your friend compares to what Kim Jong-un does to his citizens. It's an insulting, condescending comparison. Any issue having to do with IWC is a first world problem.

I had pretty good impression of IWC's customer service
A bit long about the time of service, but the watches came back in perfect condition, and the communication was nice. On the other hand, their 2021 novelties are boring, I was disappointed they did not bother to update the Ingenieur or aquatimer.

about the customer care from IWC. They made nice watches, and if something wrong, i think a good AD handle the situation.
