IWC would not say what happened but they fixed it and returned it within 10 day (pre-covid). That said, I kinda liked it in manual form...😁
Yeah, but if it's going to be manual wind, you'd want to get rid of that big, fat rotor (solid gold or not). 😉 😁 [nt]
I've actually had good service experiences with IWC as well, including being comped for out-of-warranty repairs.
