Setting the perpetual calendar through the crown is so much easier than pushing those tiny little pushers on the side of the case like my JLC, which over the course of my ownership broke two times while setting the calendar, each time requiring a $1,500 JLC factory service (I've since given that watch to my son-in-law, who wears it all the time and doesn't have the issue I had of not wearing it for a year or so and having to push those pushers 800 times)!

I think you need to give up your career in law…
…and become a pusher quality control tester for JLC. I think they could benefit from your expertise!! I might need to join you as I broke the date change pusher on a JLC Master Geographique through “over enthusiastic” pushing.
