IWC

So I bought this watch at the end of October from WatchBox, which had it listed for a few thousand less than other sellers. Negotiated a bit of a discount on top of that. It arrived within a week of purchase, but after a few days of owning it, the Day and...  

Quite the heavy hitter!

I've had nothing but bad luck with mine... ...  

I have heard of others who have said the PC is a pain. I think the side of the mechanism that's not talked about being so simple to use, is that when it does slip up, you can't do anything to adjust it. It has to go back.

that uses the same module. 2 out of 2 watches (me and my brother) not working fine (one was one day ahead out of sync, one moonphase). Pity.

With the date and day out of sync. When I called IWC, they told me that that could happen because the mechanism slipped due to it needing service, or if someone adjusted the day too quickly, too slowly, or during the danger zone (8pm-4am). I mean, with al... 

so not sure if I would jump into the repair / service. I am not happy about their service/movement. 1500 Swiss Francs+ (1600US$) and a 16 weeks delay for my brother. I understand that watches might need to be serviced but this is clearly an issue with the... 

That's why I have lost faith in most complications.
