It is wonderful to see the evolution through these pieces; somewhere in there you could also possibly include the non-sports iteration in the Master Control Memovox, couldn't you, and still see strong family lines in the alarm disc, numerals, indices and so on? Thank you once again, Nicolas, for bringing this to us so that we may salivate over some lovely watches.
BTW, it was suggested elsewhere that the hands of the Italian Polaris (the same hands used on the Amvox1) were initially considered for the Tribute to Polaris release and may even have featured in some early JLC Tribute to Polaris marketing shots. Is there anything in that? For all of its similarity to the 68, that Italian model would be a terrific 'missing link' addition to a collection which maps the evolution of those models!
