Help needed: master ultra thin reserve de marche or master calendar?
I just cannot make up my mind which one I should buy and look forward to your comments and recommandations. I like both, maybe the reserve de marche is a bit more dressed and the calendar slightly more technical (but still quite dressed as well). The reserve the marche looks larger though both are 39 mm. The calendar comes with more complications for only little more money. Hard decision to be taken!! It sill be a steel one, this is sure. Many thanks for your advise. Paco

Personally, I prefer the symmetry of the Master Calendar and i think the moonphase is magic. In term of complication, i would have preferred à Reserve de marche on a manual watch, i struggle a bit to see its justification on an automatic. Anyhow, you will...

I have both and love them equally. For me, there’s no conflict because the master calendar has a black dial while the reserve de marched has a silver one. The black dial is not an option at the moment, however. I don’t think you can go wrong with either. ...

I love BOTH! The MC has that classic 50's styling, whereas the RdM has a beautiful, A-symmetrical, "golden ratio" layout. Try them both on (if you can) on each wrist and go with whichever speaks to your heart the most. One more thought: the MC is better f...
