when you find the free time, could you please maybe make a picture post showing both of the new polaris (there is 2 right?) and both the old pieces they come from?
u had made a post before but with all the watches in one picture, i honestly could not figure out which was which.. im sure you have the pictures handy and could make the post (when time allows)... i have had a polaris itch lately. and regardless of how much Gold Bond Ointment i put on it... i just cant seem to tame the itch... i honestly prefer vintage.. but i am been thinking.. if even i couldnt tell apart.. wouldnt i rather have a new piece that will be reliable for longer period of time and create my own patina versus a vintage piece that has someone elses memories tied up in it?

the strap on 68' looks good
thats only part im questionable on with the reissue... i would REALLY love the DBS cordova/leather strap on it.. im not sure if that would blend as well as i think.. maybe just a Black NATO or even better a yellowish orange NATO if i can find one.. but so...
The DBS Cordura strap is very nice, but too technical for the Polaris
