What are the dimensions of this beauty?

The Gran Sport Chrono is 43, 5 x 28, 3 mm big, and 12, 6 mm thick. The new Reverso Tribute Chronograph is 49, 4 x 29, 9 mm big, 11, 14 mm thick.

Really great piece. The design aesthetics are still spot-on with this one, even after all these years.

Nope. You can start, stop and reset the chrono when the time/date side is displayed.

I agree on the unnecessary presence of the stop / run function. Yes, you are right about the anecdote on the rentability of the Gran Sport Chrono. I heard that from JLC themselves.

Excellent! And the funny coincidence is that I was thinking about a title for my review on the new Reverso Tribute Chronograph and that I found " the Janus Chronograph "!!!

PS: There is a small mistake about the number of components on this calibre: Not 371, but 317 parts. In the 1997 catalogue, they made the same mistake ( typo, me think ).

I had to look that up. LOL. Definitely appropriate for the RTC. One of the more exciting JLC releases in quite some time. I look forward to your review!
