What do you mean about bainoet style case back?
Are you serious when you want to know the layout of the pinino gear that drives the rack of the internal bezel?
As for the patina, have a look on the greenish IWC Aquatimer, a real nive watch a bit killed by this green lumi...
And you will get how an ugly Luminova can quite kill a watch...
