yes, i can see...
..."life is complicated" which also inspired me a lot and all these "hard" processes you mentioned force me to understand our weakness more!
one thing you said is very interesting to and stimulating me - if the watch is too "mint", we tend to keep it in a safe and not to wear it. however "mint" condition is one of the key factors during watch purchasing process!!!
by the way, thanks for the hints for vintage Reverso, it seems i have long to go!

Nico, agree with you, this model is really magnificent one. mine has little special feature - i have compared mine with others, the JL logo and "Jeager LeCoultre" words are applied on near at the centre instead of those usual ones at the top of 12 o'clock...

You are right, this Or Deco is one of the nicest of the 'new vintage' reversos But you are also right in pursuing your quest of a 'true vintage'. As you can see, there is a good linkage between the 2, and to each its own charms......

I am glad you were 'inspired' by this watch I previously posted here. The watch is unfornately not with me anymore. As I told before, this is one of the few watches I have sold, the primary (and actually only) reason was that it was just too 'mint' for me...
