What a great catch! Yes, I think a case could easily be made (our moderator has made such a case, I think) that this is one of the nicest chronographs made today by anyone. And I think one could argue that it is one of the most interesting and nicest weatches made by JLC (perhaps exclusive only of the handful of ultr-high end pieces JLC manufactures, e.g. the Gyros). It is beautiful boin terms of both technicality and design. There is nothing else like it.
Enjoy it and wear it well.

Agree that the Duometre is one of the most interesting JLC Watch.
And one of the best Chronos, all brands included. At least, to me. I love all, on this watch, which doesn't have weak points. It could be even better finished, but the price wouldn't be the same. To me, this watch is a B.A.R.G.A.I.N! Of course, there are ...

I love this watch! I think it is the perfect combination of form and function, a really pure and purposeful representation of high watchmaking. This is the type of complication that I really admire. The UN Sonata, GO Senator Chronometer etc. Best, -P
