Can anyone confirm just how many of the 768 pieces produced actually have the original fully luminated dial? I posed this same question to my local AD recently. I was advised that they asked representatives from JLC who stated the approximate number sold ...

Because I only saw the 2 first dials. Less than 200 came with the all lumnious peach indexes dial. To me, there is only a 2d variant, not a 3rd, so I am very curious to see this 3rd dial... Best, my friend. Nicolas

Hi Nicolas, Do you think that JLC would ever consider doing a replacement version of the dial that had the lum of the 12,6,9 applied to the indices as well. I for one would happily purchase it if it was available. Best MS

For your nice words. I totally understand your relative disappointment about the partially lumed dial. I'm not happy with this detail. But I still love the Polaris, as it is, even with this detail, a fantastic iconic watch. Best, Nicolas
