First, let me congratulate you, Dje, for such a post! >>>
Some thoughts:
1/ Yes, JLC offers a vast choice of watches in a vast category.
And I'm pleased to see that.
2/ Yes, JLC offers pure treasures of horology, from the tradition to the future,
and this is indeed an innovative brand who has the merit to find new solutions, new technologies,
new designs while so many other brands just live on their past.
3/ Yes, JLC deserves all our interest and affection for these reasons, and ALSO because they
hear us, passionate, watchnuts, our desires, hopes, and sometimes our critics.
4/ Yes, J.L, Y.M, E.V, and in general, the entire JLC staff are top class!
5/ Now, let me ctritic some points:
A- I'm not very happy with the "LE strategy".OK if it adds something to the collection,
But not OK if it only exists for existing...For example: The EWC,Emmanuel Coindre LE, + the Boutique LE,
+ some dealers LE, +, +, +....And what about this DBS in titanium? I saw one of my friend's face when he was in front of the DBS, as he was² wearing the A II in ...titanium!
B- It seems to me that JLC has to improve again some details, of certain dials, for example, to
to get a better finish in their watches.
I say that because I really want to see JLC to the top of the manufacture pyramid, as they really deserve it.
You understood my position, I hope, althought my english is not perfect at all and very poor.
I realy love JLC, they make me dream with the watches I own from them, and as I love them for that,
I'd love to see them becoming...the Nr 1!
