On a side note today was the first day I also got to play with a friend's Geophysic Universal Time. This watch was a lot more convincing in the metal than pictures for me - I liked it a lot.

But I think I may be edging towards the original slightly more? The silver dial is a very clean, sober, and stealth look which suits the watch very well in my opinion.

The real experience will help you to answer to this question. As for the Geophysic UT, it is a very good and nice looking watch.
