Have a happy Saturday, dear friends. This watch has virtually obliterated every other watch in my collection for the last days. I like every fine detail: the polished indexes, date frame and bevels, the multi dimensional levels of the dial, the fine brush...  

Smashed them to bits! It certainly could and it looks like it would.

Of course it was metaphorically written. The truth is I really love every watch in my collection. Best regards. René

I’ve been talking lately with my dear friend who helped me to find this piece and we agreed that the diving chronographs and GMTs are also real treasures with a lot of horological value and a very strong character. Of course for me this was the good one! ...

I am really impressed how it fits my 17cm wrist, which speaks a lot about a great design! As for the Movado, with a 34mm case, it is a sweet little piece, but very wearable for most of us. Thanks for your kind comment. René

That watch has been on my want list forever, never fully crossed over to the need list. I never seem to have enough money laying around when a really good deal shows up on one of those. It's ridiculously large but that's kind of the fun and was emblematic...
