Yes thanks, I came out of the sling about a week after Tempus. (For those who don't know, I ripped my right shoulder apart in a water-skiing accident last August.)
Had to take a few weeks off surgery, but it's all good now. Probably have about 95% range of movement back, working on the other 5% with stretching exercises. You know, most guys go to the gym to build their biceps. Me? I'm working on my subscapularis
