So as you know they said my old movement could not be serviced and had to be replaced. They later said they would be able to service it but can’t give a warranty. I opted for a new movement, they said they would include it in the service documentation. They did not. Just stated the usual, parts that were worn out was replaced. I asked if they could document it properly and I am waiting to hear back.
Secondly I said specifically that I wanted a full polish of the case, this was not done, I am also waiting to hear back on why they didn’t do this.
Finally, I got a new strap, wore it for 3 days, didn’t shower, go swimming or submerge in water and the screw is rusted out. They said they are going to get me a new strap. So it just feels like after 5 months for a service they didn’t do everything, and the quality of some of their stuff is now a bit questionable. To be fair the movement seems great and is keeping great time as of now.
