I'm sensing an overwhelming
disappointment in the new book 🤔 which is surprising given the author. For a start they choose the wrong watch for the cover, it should have been the 90th, similar to the 2011 JLC year book that had the 80th on it.
Let Rodin's Thinker make the decision for you! Which one is he looking at?

Foulkes own comment in the end paragraph of the book:
«It is difficult to write and ending for this short book,...». I agree, it is short and kind of ‘easy’ written. I had hoped for more when I ordered it.

In the process and buying NF ... Fritz’s is very 1980/90’s in it layout. I find the late 90’s and early 2000 manufacture catalogues a better resource
Not to detract from Fritz’s book ... it is a fine piece of work, although disjointed.
I've received my copy of the Foulkes booking today
and to be honest, for the money (195 euro), I'm foulking disappointed. If it had been a free gift from the JLC boutique when buying a Reverso (I expect it will be soon, to add insult to injury) I'd probably be a bit more pleased. This offering really does...
