A number of imperfections and a movement that never functioned properly. 1000 hours of scrutiny...please!🙄

But, the level of flaws im noticing on dials and cases are simply unacceptable.

so far my observation is pointing to the fact that this is overwhelmingly an issue with burgundy Reverso's sold in North America.

I am very disappointed and im hoping the company will track the flaws down to the individual uncharge and retrain them. Also, their QC department needs a new loupe lol

this is not an isolated incident and I know at least 4 watches with the same exact issue- all in North America.

Made by hand. My trust in JLC is not gone. Return to AD and get another one without case failure.

Major flaws resulted by laziness or incompetence is not acceptable and shouldn't be tolerated. Also, you don't need s loupe to see this.

In the end its a really beautiful watch. Really worth having ( I considered one for myself)

its a bit tricky at first but in all cases have yours looked at just in case.

Both end pieces have identical defects. Probably made in the same batch. Fairly easy to remedy (re-machine or file smooth) before it left the factory. Since those end pieces bolt onto the main base plate, they are easily swapped out in the field. Should b...

Humans are taught to trust the QC system, so if it gets to them later in the process, then it must be "good". By the time it gets to the polisher, they assume all the prior checks have deemed the part as "pass". Same for the assembler. Vision systems have... 

Poor QC out CNC machined production. What was once seen and felt by watchmakers is sometimes left to unsupervised or badly QCed CNC machined production. I find this totally inacceptable!

This is part of the finish. The two ‘front’ sides always have these straight brush finish. This is absolutely correct. Enjoy your Reverso!
