Somehow it looks strange (at least to me), as I am so used to non-matching hands (which I prefer).

I guess it just goes to show that tritiun ages differently as we can see examples of both cases (although most frequently hands don't match) within a watch, and great differences between different watches.

I think it is not an easy task for JLC to come up with a "correct" combination of luminova pigmentation to represent the Polaris tritium "look" knowing that there is not a single correct standard, and satisfy every customer.

May be diversity is a good thing.
