My 2 cents:
If it's a daily watch and your first JLC, I would go for the Moon 39. Firstly, it's automatic (you'll have to wind the TT1931 every day or so) and the round case goes with pretty much everything.
If it's part of a rotation, then the TT1931. After all, it's supposedly THE JLC and you smile everytime you see it. I was in the same situation a few months back when the TT1931 was launched (choosing between it and the Moon), but since I already have a Master RDM and a few round cases from other makes, my head said Reverso.

Both are iconic: The Reverso since 1931, the Memovox since 1950.

the MM will be the most versatile of the three. But the MUT Moonphase, at least emotionally, is the one that speaks to me. Luminous Let us know what you decide! J

The 1931 is a very stylish piece for sure.
If it was not quite so tall, and came in a midsize reverso case, it would be just right for me. I already have a Master Ultrathin 34mm, so I have settled on a reverso for the next watch, but a model in the medium 'grande taille' case size - either a simpl...
MUT Moon 39...
I just went through this process myself and I bought the Master Ultra Thin Moon 39 in SS. Love it! An absolutely beautiful watch that is perfectly sized for my 6.5 inch wrist. I also hope to get the Memovox in the not too distant future.
Moonphase
There is something about a watch with a moonphase complication that I find so appealing. I actually think that the MUT Moon is the looker of these three, tough decision but if it was mine to make I would also go with the MUT. Good luck!
