In term of movement...

... the introduction on automatic movements has to be mentioned in my opinion.

The first automatic movement was introduced on the squadra if I remember well and was considered revolutionary. After that, a more conventionally looking model came out (rather big case size but rectangular this time), not sure it will be remembered in history as sadly the squadra came first.

Even today on the current line up, automatic are considered not traditionally Reverso and lots of people do not like them. It is interesting that the Master series (including Memovox) has lots of automatic and it does not bother many (anymore).

I'm not good with dates so I let you do the research but I think it has to be added to the history line.

1:15pm, March 4, 1931 - Reverso Patented by Rene-Alfred Chauvot. First movements were Tavanes movements (affiliated with CYMA). 1932 First Reverso with Caliber 410 1932 10 cases delivered to PP (JLC was a primary supplier of movements to them at the time)...
