I like the finishing on case sides and the design details on the reverse of the case. A manual winding movement is a good choice and JLC probably thought that large decorated plates over the movement looked aesthetically pleasing.
Unfortunately this hides the movement. Finally, it would have been better with a more interesting crown design, possibly integrated into the case. I will be interested to see this piece in person. Thanks Nicolas for bringing it to my attention.

I know what you think about tourbillons, but I think here it's really fitting into the overall complexity of the watch....

I guess a solution for 'no tourbillon' guys would be still to have it, but discretely, seeing it only the movement side....
