Jaeger Lecoultre dial=Jaeger Lecoultre movement.
As a lot of Cal 825 were made, it wouldn't surprise me that it was changed, hence the mismatch.
Do you have the movement number, by the way?

Not sure about the dial and movement issue but the inner bezel is wrong. Maybe it is possible for you shooting to JLC and ask if they have spare parts before you confirm. If the price is right without an inner bezel and JLC could replace, I would consider...
