Modern versus Vintage, Martin?
They both have their pros and cons.
The Vintage have Soul, expressed by their patina, the radium indexes, but also this lovely dirty look.
Some would prefer the Clinical clean look of the Modern.
To each his own, even if, personally, I love both of them...That's my pain!
Elegant or sport Watches???
Here again, my friend, I'm not sure that the Elegant watches exclude Sport Watches, as it can be found in each of these categories pure treasures!

As for the Silver dialed Memo on the last pic, yes, this is an early E 855 ( year 1960 ) with radium indexes ( hence this lovely warmth ) and a Cal 825.
