Man in the Moon

Reviewing today's "photo shoot" of my Master Calendar, I was struck by this photo. The moon on the MC is highly reflective, and, in this photo, reflects the overhanging trees. I am really struck by how this reflection seems to captures the man in the moon...

Is that gold moon similar to hammered gold (I mean the visual effect, not the physical implementation)? [nt]
