Nobody might care with all the news coming out today at the SIHH, but I thought that I might share a good surprise I had today with you all.

I was walking down the street last Thursday and glanced into the window of a local JLC AD and I saw a Memovox Tribute to Polaris. At first I couldn't believe it and kind of just walked on. I ended up at another dealer purchasing an IWC Big Ingenieur (I was looking for a watch that day).

Anyways I was still bothered by what I saw, but as far as I was concerned (and had repetedly been told) all the Polaris's had been sold out.

The thought of the watch kind of bugged me all weekend.

Today I went back for a look. I entered the shop and asked to see the Polaris in the window and was told by the vendor that I was mistaken. However, after taking the watch out of the window the young lady apologized and confirmed that it was a limited edition Tribute to Polaris.

I haggled at little and I am now the very proud owner of a Polaris.

How is that for a story?

My feeling is now that miracles do happen.
